By accessing or using KubWorks' AI automation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

• Custom AI and machine learning development
• Business process automation
• Intelligent data processing systems
• Predictive analytics platforms
• API development and integration

3. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3.2 Acceptable Use

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUBWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KubWorks harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
